Scope of these website terms
These Terms of Use apply to your use of the Spry Movers website and its Google reviews feature. The website provides information about Spry Movers and displays feedback supplied by Google. These terms concern website access and review display only; they do not establish terms for a move, delivery, or booking. Reading a review or following a review link does not book a service.
Use the website and its source links for their intended informational purpose. Do not interfere with the website, misrepresent another reviewer, or remove source attribution when referring to the displayed reviews. Public visibility of a review does not mean that Spry Movers owns the reviewer’s words, name, or image.
Google terms apply to Google features
The Google-sourced reviews feature is subject to the Google Maps / Google Earth Additional Terms of Service, incorporated into these website terms by reference. By using that feature, you agree to the applicable Google terms. Google’s Privacy Policy also applies to Google’s processing of information when you use its services. Please read both documents using the links below.
Google operates the review source, author profiles, and linked Google pages. A source or author link takes you to an external service, where Google’s terms and privacy information apply. Spry Movers does not control those external pages or Google’s decisions about publishing, ordering, editing, or removing reviews.
What the review display represents
Our server requests business details from Google Places, and your browser automatically loads the resulting review display. Google may return up to five reviews selected by relevance. This is not a complete list of customer feedback and is not necessarily the latest five reviews. A business’s overall rating and total review count can represent a larger set than the individual reviews shown here.
Reviews express their authors’ experiences and opinions, not a promise about your own experience. Author attribution, author links, and Google source links identify where the information comes from; use those links to inspect the source and additional feedback. Review text and ratings can change at Google, and a connection or service error can prevent the display from loading.
Refresh, privacy, and questions
The reviews feature refreshes every five minutes while the page is visible and refreshes when you return to the tab. Spry Movers does not persistently store or cache Google review content. Loading remote author avatars and following Google links also involves connections from your browser to Google, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
For questions about these website terms or the review display, email info@sprymovers.com or call 619-566-8182. For questions about a reviewer’s Google profile or a review published on Google, consult the linked Google source. Contact Spry Movers directly for service information rather than treating a review as an offer or booking confirmation.
