Who is Spry Movers?
Spry Movers is a local moving and delivery company providing both the labor and moving trucks to move your items safely and effectively.
How much does it cost?
You can request a free quote by clicking the orange button above. Delivery rates are calculated by he price is calculated by the distance, number of flights of stairs, time and number of items being delivered. Moving rates are calculated by the number of movers needed, size truck needed, number of flights of stairs, and distance of the move.
What are your hours?
We are open everyday from 8:30am to 6:30pm, except some holidays.
How do I know my scheduled delivery is on the way?
You will receive a confirmation text the day before your scheduled delivery, as well as another text when your delivery team is on their way. You will also receive your driver’s phone number and can contact him directly with any time of arrival questions.
How do I speak with my delivery team?
As soon as your delivery team is on their way you will get a link with their picture and phone number, or you can always contact our office via text or phone at 1-619-566-8182 to ask any questions or make changes.
When do I pay for my delivery?
Once your items are safely delivered your movers will request payment via debit/credit card. If you wont be present for you move, we can take payment over the phone prior to your move date.
How do I pay for my move/delivery?
Your movers are equipped with card readers and will accept credit or debit card upon completion of the job.
Will the movers protect my items?
All of our movers have years of experience moving items safely. In addition, our trucks are equipped with moving blankets and shrink wrap to ensure the safety of your items.
Is Spry Movers insured?

How do I change the time or date of my delivery?
The best way to change the time or date would be to call or text us at 1-619-566-8182 and talk to one of our friendly staff members.
Do I need to wait at the pickup location?
It depends on what and where we are picking up, but usually we can pickup without you there and bring the item to you.
Can I have multiple pickups and/or delivery locations?
Yes! Multiple pickups and multiple deliveries are no problem at all. Just let one of our staff members know when getting your quote.
Can Spry Movers help me move items within my home or from the street into my home?
Yes we can! We can send a team to help move and arrange the items within your home.
Does Spry move refrigerators, washer & dryers, and other large appliances?
Yes we do!
Will Spry assemble my items?
Yes! Please let us know that you will require assembly when scheduling your appointment.
Can Spry take items to the dump for me?

What area does Spry cover?
We are currently service San Diego County in Southern California.
Can I tip my movers?
Tipping is entirely optional, but if you want to reward your movers for a job well done you’ll have the opportunity to do so when they accept payment after the delivery.
What items does Spry Movers not move?
Unfortunately, at this time we are not equipped to move pianos, murphy beds, pool tables, jacuzzi/spas, built in refrigerators, and some other large items.
